Institutional Landlords and Industry Entities Driving Change Our members share a common objective of industry growth. Members currently include institutional landlords who own and manage large-scale, Multifamily Residential estates as well as entities which have interests in the industry or are sufficiently aligned with the interests of our members. Affiliates include non-member organizations which promote asset class impact and network reach, using stakeholders and ambassadors as a channel for promotion. SAMRRA’s stakeholders include its members (including partners and affiliates), the institutional investor market, financial partners, member’s tenants, industry employees, industry suppliers and service providers, local communities and the physical environment in which our members operate, as well as local and national government. Our Association represents businesses which deliver quality, well-managed rental housing in South Africa – driving sustainable and socially responsible value for all our stakeholders.
